Job Overview

Twixor is seeking experienced and passionate Mid-Level ReactJS Developers for a full-time position in Bangalore. The role involves building intuitive, high-performing front-end solutions to power next-generation digital journeys and automation across multiple industry verticals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in ReactJS, with ability to develop scalable, maintainable components efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Sound knowledge of JavaScript, including ES6 and modern JavaScript best practices for robust application development (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in integrating and consuming REST APIs to enable seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems (Mandatory skill).
• Hands-on experience with Redux for application state management, optimizing predictability and performance in large-scale apps.
• Understanding and exposure to Chatbot front-end frameworks for delivering conversational UI experiences within applications.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies, collaborating in cross-functional teams and iterative development cycles.
• Strong foundation in responsive design principles, ensuring cross-device compatibility and user-centric interfaces consistently.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, enabling the development of type-safe, scalable JavaScript codebases for modern web applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust front-end applications using ReactJS, ensuring code quality and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement dynamic, visually appealing, and high-conversion user interfaces.
• Create and enhance interactive customer journey flows that integrate with backend REST APIs and enterprise systems.
• Work with Redux to manage complex state efficiently, supporting hyper-personalized customer experiences.
• Collaborate with backend developers, QA, and product teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Integrate chatbot frameworks to power conversational interfaces across multiple digital channels.
• Implement responsive designs, ensuring seamless experiences across devices, browsers, and platforms.
• Contribute to code reviews, share best practices, and proactively propose technical improvements for scalable application architecture.
