Job Overview

As a ReactJS Developer at Twixor, you will play a central role in developing dynamic front-end interfaces for our advanced chatbot and business automation solutions. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Bangalore and is open to candidates with up to 6 years of relevant work experience. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in developing robust user interfaces using ReactJS (Mandatory skill), demonstrating advanced component lifecycle understanding and optimization techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Mandatory skill), including ES6+ syntax, modular code development, and performance tuning in large-scale applications.
  • Hands-on expertise in Chatbot front frameworks (Mandatory skill), with a focus on building conversational UI and integrating with messaging APIs for personalized interactions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Redux for state management, ensuring efficient data flow and scalability within enterprise-level applications and real-time interfaces.
  • Experience designing and integrating REST APIs, with the ability to handle asynchronous data, manage API authentication, and address cross-origin concerns effectively.
  • Practical knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies, adapting effectively to iterative delivery cycles and structured project requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze root causes of UI or functional issues in complex, distributed systems.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling successful collaboration with cross-functional product, design, and backend engineering teams.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain highly interactive front-end components for chatbot and messaging automation products using ReactJS and associated libraries.
  • Implement seamless integration of APIs to ensure smooth communication between the front-end interface and backend systems for end-to-end digital journeys.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to convert prototypes and user flows into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces that elevate the customer experience.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold best practices for code quality, reusability, and maintainability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work alongside backend, AI, and QA teams to deliver robust features that meet product vision and enterprise standards for security and performance.
  • Utilize Redux and other state management tools to handle complex app states, ensuring consistent and scalable behavior across distributed deployments.
  • Contribute to project planning, estimation, and progress reporting in accordance with Agile or Waterfall methodologies as determined by the project scope.
  • Remain current with emerging technologies in ReactJS, front-end architecture, and conversational UI frameworks to drive innovation within Twixor's products.
