Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior IVR Developer to join our team at Twixor's Chennai location. This is a full-time opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, focusing on developing and enhancing IVR systems. Ideal candidates will leverage their expertise to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer interactions across various industries.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center solutions to support IVR development and customer interaction strategies.
  • Knowledge of designing and implementing Genesys IVR applications to enhance customer experience and streamline service delivery.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Twilio for seamless communication solutions to improve engagement across channels.
  • Experience with Nuance Speech Recognition to integrate advanced voice capabilities in IVR systems, improving customer interactions.
  • Strong competence in Python programming for scripting and automating various components of IVR processes.
  • Proficiency in Postman API Testing for ensuring the reliability and functionality of software applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Asterisk to design and manage open-source telephony solutions for customized IVR setups.
  • VXML (Mandatory skill) expertise is essential for creating voice applications that drive user-friendly IVR systems.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust IVR solutions that meet diverse client requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced voice applications using VXML and other technologies.
  • Utilize Cisco Unified Contact Center, Genesys, and other platforms to optimize customer service and support processes.
  • Implement Nuance Speech Recognition systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency in voice-driven interactions.
  • Conduct thorough testing using Postman API to ensure application performance and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Implement and manage Twilio and Asterisk solutions for effective communication strategies across multiple channels.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality IVR solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications to maintain optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
