Job Overview

Twixor is seeking a FullStack Developer Tech Lead to join our growing Bangalore team in a Senior, Full-Time capacity. As a technology leader, you will drive digital process automation initiatives, lead project delivery, and provide architectural guidance across key messaging and engagement platforms. Candidates must have a maximum of 10 years relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Java (Mandatory skill): Deep expertise in Java development for building robust, enterprise-grade backend solutions and frameworks.
• JavaScript (Mandatory skill): Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including experience designing interactive and scalable browser-based applications.
• ReactJs (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability developing and maintaining rich front-end features using ReactJs in complex products.
• REST APIs: Proven experience designing, consuming, and scaling RESTful APIs for seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Cloud Architecture: Hands-on understanding of cloud platforms with the ability to architect distributed and highly available solutions.
• Solution Architecture: Capability to design and deliver end-to-end technology solutions, ensuring attention to scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Team Leadership: Track record of mentoring, coaching, and leading development teams to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
• Database: Experience in designing, optimizing, and managing relational and non-relational databases for supporting high-throughput applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack solutions for Twixor's digital process automation products and platforms.
• Drive technical architecture decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer engagement requirements.
• Mentor and guide a cross-functional team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with product management and design teams to define and deliver customer-centric digital journeys across messaging channels.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of all components, leveraging best practices in cloud and solution architecture.
• Act as a subject matter expert in integrating complex RESTful APIs and third-party platforms for seamless business process automation.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, development workflows, and continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and spearhead initiatives in emerging technologies to enhance Twixor's product offerings.
