Job Overview

Twixor is seeking a Senior Full Stack Tech Lead for its Bangalore office. This full-time role involves spearheading end-to-end technical solutions, leading cross-functional teams, driving architectural decisions, and enabling powerful digital customer journeys using modern technologies. You will play a key role in the delivery of scalable solutions across diverse messaging channels and business domains.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill), demonstrating expertise in back-end development, microservices, and scalable enterprise applications.
• Advanced experience in JavaScript (Mandatory skill), ensuring dynamic and responsive user interfaces across platforms and devices.
• Deep knowledge of ReactJS (Mandatory skill), building complex single-page applications with a modern, maintainable codebase.
• Solid background in designing and integrating REST APIs to enable seamless data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
• Extensive experience in Microservices Architecture, decomposing applications for scalability, maintainability, and deployment efficiency.
• Proven track record in Solution Architecture, translating business requirements into effective system designs.
• Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies, championing iterative development, continuous integration, and rapid delivery cycles.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering an innovative and high-performance engineering culture.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, essential for troubleshooting complex applications and optimizing performance.
• Hands-on experience in version control systems and DevOps practices for robust code management and deployment automation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, across modern full stack technologies.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions utilizing Java, JavaScript, ReactJS, and microservices patterns.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric digital journeys.
• Define and enforce best practices in coding standards, application security, code reviews, and system integration.
• Drive continuous improvement in system architecture, performance, and reliability aligned with business goals and industry trends.
• Mentor team members, conduct technical workshops, and provide feedback to accelerate technical capability and innovation.
• Manage project timelines, participate in agile ceremonies, and ensure timely, high-quality software releases.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for new tools, frameworks, and techniques that benefit the organization.
