Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer Tech Lead for our Bangalore location. This full-time, senior-level role is ideal for professionals with up to 8 years of work experience in designing, developing, and leading robust enterprise applications. The position offers an opportunity to drive technical excellence in cutting-edge digital transformation projects for global clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in Java (Mandatory skill) with experience building scalable backend applications in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in React (Mandatory skill) to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces for web applications.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (Mandatory skill), including modern frameworks and libraries for both frontend and backend development.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying microservices architectures, including best practices for scalability and modularity.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles to ensure reliability, security, and efficient resource management on public or private cloud.
• Proven track record in team leadership, with the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate developers towards technical excellence and innovation.
• Expertise in solution architecture, from requirement analysis through to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of databases—both SQL and NoSQL—covering data modeling, optimization, consistency, and complex querying techniques.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance full stack applications for enterprise customers.
• Architect and implement solutions leveraging Java, React, and JavaScript to support digital process automation across various messaging channels.
• Drive the adoption of microservices and cloud-based architectures, ensuring best practices for modularity, security, and continuous integration.
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, guiding system design, and fostering collaborative problem-solving.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and UX/UI designers to ensure the delivered solutions meet client and user needs.
• Oversee database design, optimization, and management to achieve high availability and robust data integrity within digital enterprise environments.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies for seamless execution.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies, tools, and development processes aligned with Twixor’s innovation goals.
