Job Overview

Twixor is seeking a dynamic Mid-Level Full Stack Developer for a full-time position based in Bangalore. The role involves developing high-impact digital solutions that integrate advanced technologies to enhance customer engagement and process automation. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse, global team to deliver solutions for leading enterprises across various industries.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill), demonstrating ability to design and implement robust backend systems for complex business processes.
• Expertise in React.js (Mandatory skill) with hands-on experience building responsive, user-focused front-end applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of MySQL or SQL or MongoDB (Mandatory skill), ensuring effective data modeling, storage, and retrieval strategies.
• Deep familiarity with JavaScript, applying modern programming concepts and writing maintainable, testable code across application layers.
• Working experience with TypeScript, promoting type safety and scalable code architecture in both frontend and backend development.
• Solid background in developing REST APIs and integrating them with various messaging and web interfaces for seamless data exchange.
• Practical exposure to Spring Boot, designing and deploying microservices-based architectures for performance and scalability.
• Capability to provide technical guidance and support for team members, demonstrating collaborative team leadership and code reviews.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain efficient full-stack solutions utilizing Java, React.js, and modern database technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features tailored for digital engagement and process automation.
• Architect backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• Design and develop intuitive front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, delivering seamless user experiences.
• Integrate databases such as MySQL, SQL, or MongoDB, optimizing queries and managing data models for robust transactions.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote coding best practices within the development team.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor code to improve system efficiency and support complex business workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in full stack development, automation technologies, and customer engagement strategies.
