Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer and DB Developer to join our full-time team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have up to 6 years of relevant experience, bringing expertise in containerization, orchestration, and database technologies to support scalable and reliable solutions for our digital process automation platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in Docker (Mandatory skill), with hands-on experience managing containerized applications in production environments to ensure deployment consistency and reliability.
• Proficient in Kubernetes (Mandatory skill), including designing, configuring, and maintaining clustering, scaling, and orchestration for distributed workloads in dynamic ecosystems.
• Proven capability with MangoDB (Mandatory skill), covering both development and administration for high-availability metadata-driven data stores.
• Strong understanding of database design concepts, including data modeling, normalization, indexing, and performance optimization for both transactional and analytic workloads.
• Experience implementing Jenkins for CI and CD, creating robust pipeline frameworks, automating build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments efficiently.
• Knowledge of major cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, with experience provisioning resources, managing cost-effective infrastructure, and ensuring security best practices are met.
• Advanced proficiency in Shell Scripting for automating operational tasks, managing deployment workflows, and integrating system monitoring to streamline development pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot system and database issues, analyze logs and metrics, and implement proactive monitoring and alerting to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders and technical leads globally.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible Agile methodologies to automate and streamline infrastructure management and configuration.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and monitor container environments using Docker and Kubernetes to deliver scalable and secure digital automation solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust database architectures, implementing MangoDB database solutions to support high-volume, low-latency platforms.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, automating deployment workflows and ensuring integration with AWS and Azure resources as required.
• Build and manage infrastructure-as-code to enable rapid provisioning, scaling, and recovery, adhering to security, compliance, and availability standards.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to integrate DevOps best practices throughout the application lifecycle and optimize deployment strategies.
• Administer and optimize databases, monitor performance, conduct health checks, and implement backup and recovery policies for data integrity and continuity.
• Write, test, and maintain Shell Scripts to automate infrastructure tasks, process monitoring, and environment management to boost operational efficiency.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution, continuously seeking opportunities to improve system resilience and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Terraform and Ansible Agile methodologies for effective infrastructure provisioning and configuration management in alignment with DevOps practices.
