Job Overview
Join Twixor as a Junior Chatbot Developer Designer at our Chennai location. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience and involves designing and developing chatbots to improve customer interactions. You will be key in leveraging conversational design and analytics to create intuitive and efficient chatbot solutions. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Dialogflow for developing interactive chatbot solutions (Mandatory skill).
- Strong understanding of conversational design to create user-centric chatbot dialogues (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in chatbot analytics to evaluate and enhance chatbot performance (Mandatory skill).
- Knowledge of natural language processing for building intelligent communication systems.
- Ability to integrate APIs for seamless communication between chatbots and external services.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Bot Framework to build enterprise-level chatbot solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to develop and fine-tune chatbot functionalities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.
