- Proficiency in bot design and creating chatbot solutions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Designing and developing chatbots for multiple messaging channels like WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Telegram, etc.
- Implementing conversational AI solutions and bot workflows using Kore AI, Yellow AI, Microsoft Bot Framework, and IBM Bot
- Creating menu-driven flows, intent-driven communications, and dynamic rich cards for hyper-personalization and improved user experience
- Collaborating with teams to ensure seamless transfer between chatbots and live agents for customer support
