Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Chatbot Developer specializing in Conversational AI to join our dynamic team in Chennai. As a Junior Developer at Twixor, you will be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing chatbot platforms to enhance customer engagement. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of one year of relevant work experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging your expertise in chatbot design and development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Dialogflow, ensuring advanced understanding and application in development workflows (Mandatory skill).
- Strong capabilities in designing and deploying chatbots that align with customer engagement strategies (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with API Integration to enhance chatbot functionalities with third-party applications (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth knowledge of Natural Language Processing to facilitate effective AI-human interactions.
- Understanding and application of Artificial Intelligence concepts related to conversational AI.
- Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework for developing intelligent conversation applications.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions across various customer interaction channels.
- Integrate chatbot systems with enterprise applications and APIs to streamline customer operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine user stories and enhance customer journey mapping.
- Continuously optimize chatbot functions for improved user interaction and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze chatbot performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement NLP and AI methodologies to ensure dynamic and intuitive conversation flows.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for developed chatbot applications.
