Job Overview
Twixor is seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer to join our dynamic team at our Chennai location. This is a full-time position ideal for professionals with 1 to 3 years of work experience, enthusiastic about building AI-driven conversational interfaces and impacting digital customer journeys. The role provides an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art chatbot frameworks and engage with global clients in diverse industries.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in building and deploying chatbots using Dialogflow, with hands-on experience in designing scalable conversational flows (Mandatory skill).
- Experienced in Microsoft Bot Framework, effectively integrating bots across platforms to ensure seamless user experiences (Mandatory skill).
- Hands-on experience with at least one leading chatbot platform, demonstrating end-to-end bot development capabilities (Mandatory skill).
- Solid understanding of natural language processing concepts and practical application in enhancing user conversations for improved engagement.
- Familiarity with bot frameworks and delivery methods, ensuring chatbot compatibility and performance across multiple messaging channels.
- Experience in integrating REST APIs into chatbot solutions to provide dynamic, real-time responses based on external service integrations.
- Experience working with Azure Bot Services, configuring, deploying, and monitoring bots in cloud environments to ensure high availability.
- Ability to analyze user input and data to improve bot workflows and intent recognition, utilizing advanced analytics and iterative testing methodologies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy conversational chatbots using industry leading platforms such as Dialogflow and Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Collaborate with the product and business teams to identify use cases, define conversational flows, and implement user-centered chatbot solutions.
- Integrate chatbots with third-party REST APIs ensuring seamless interactions and accurate information retrieval for users.
- Leverage natural language processing to enhance chatbot intelligence and personalize user interactions for improved engagement.
- Monitor, test, and optimize chatbot performance, gathering feedback and applying enhancements in iterative development cycles.
- Document chatbot workflows, technical specifications, and best practices to support ongoing development and maintenance efforts.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues in chatbot functioning, adopting proactive approaches to ensure high system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure chatbot solutions align with enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
