Job Overview
Twixor is seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. As a full-time member, you will design, develop, and optimize chatbot solutions using cutting-edge frameworks and AI technologies to enhance our digital process automation offerings. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Dialogflow, Chatbot Frameworks, and Microsoft Bot Framework (Mandatory skill) with hands-on experience in developing conversational agents and workflows.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and the ability to integrate NLP for intent recognition and context handling in bots.
- Experience creating, consuming, and troubleshooting REST APIs to enable seamless communication between chatbots and backend systems.
- Working knowledge of deploying, scaling, and managing chatbots using Azure Bot Services or similar cloud-based platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for efficient conversation flow design and error handling within interactive bots.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with UI/UX, QA, product, and business teams for aligning chatbot experiences with business goals.
- Familiarity with integrating bots into messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Telegram for omni-channel user experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile development environment with client-facing exposure.
- Proven aptitude for learning new technologies and frameworks in the rapidly evolving field of AI and conversational automation.
- Attention to detail in code quality, security, and performance optimization for enterprise-grade chatbot solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy chatbot solutions leveraging Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, and industry-standard chatbot development practices.
- Implement and enhance natural language processing models to deliver context-aware, personalized, and efficient conversational experiences for users.
- Integrate and maintain REST APIs enabling seamless connectivity between chatbots and enterprise backend systems or databases.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers—to translate business requirements into conversational flows.
- Test, monitor, and optimize bot performance regularly, identifying improvement areas for user engagement and satisfaction.
- Support integration of chatbot solutions with popular messaging channels including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, and web platforms.
- Document chatbot flows, APIs, and technical decision-making to ensure maintainable, scalable, and reusable solutions for future use.
- Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis to resolve chatbot-related issues promptly and efficiently.
