Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in chatbot development. As part of Twixor, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing intelligent conversational solutions for diverse industries using market-leading platforms and AI-driven technologies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in DialogflowCX, Microsoft Bot Framework, and experience with any chatbot platform (Mandatory skill) with proven project implementations in live environments.
- Hands-on experience in REST APIs integration to ensure seamless communication between chatbots and backend systems for dynamic data handling.
- Solid background in Git version control for collaborative code management, ensuring smooth development workflows and maintaining code integrity.
- Experience working with Rasa or similar open-source conversational AI platforms to build scalable, customizable chatbots for various enterprise needs.
- Understanding of Natural Language Processing concepts and practical application in building context-aware conversational agents for improved user experiences.
- Familiarity with deploying and managing chatbots on Azurebot services, leveraging cloud infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
- Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into effective conversational flows or menu-driven experiences that enhance customer interaction.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver robust, production-ready chatbot solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement conversational chatbot solutions using DialogflowCX, Microsoft Bot Framework, and other leading platforms for Twixor’s enterprise clients.
- Integrate chatbots with third-party RESTful APIs and internal systems to deliver personalized and transactional experiences for end-users.
- Collaborate with the product, design, and QA teams to gather requirements, develop user stories, and translate business needs into functional chatbot flows.
- Utilize Natural Language Processing and AI concepts to create context-aware, intent-driven communications that improve automation and user engagement.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and iterative improvements to ensure high-quality, robust solutions delivered on schedule.
- Maintain documentation for chatbot architectures, workflows, and user journeys to facilitate smooth handover and future enhancements.
- Stay up to date with evolving chatbot technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance Twixor’s offerings.
- Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of developed solutions, adhering to enterprise-grade standards and guidelines at every phase of the project.
