Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer to join our team in Chennai. As a full-time member, you will work on building and enhancing conversational AI solutions for diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through intelligent bots and automation platforms.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in building chatbots for real-world applications across multiple platforms (Mandatory skill).
- Extensive proficiency in Dialogflow for developing and managing intelligent conversational agents with intent recognition (Mandatory skill).
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Bot Framework for designing, developing, and deploying chatbot solutions (Mandatory skill).
- Hands-on knowledge in the implementation and integration of conversational AI systems for customer-facing solutions.
- Experience with REST APIs to ensure seamless integration of chatbots with backend systems and third-party services.
- Ability to apply best practices for chatbot UX, including menu driven flows and dynamic content for improved user engagement.
- Understanding of AI, NLP engines, and chatbot architecture for designing context-aware and personalized interactions.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills to troubleshoot issues and enhance bot performance in production environments.
- Familiarity with the overall bot framework ecosystem and its application in sectors such as banking, retail, and healthcare.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver project requirements efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain chatbot solutions using Dialogflow and Microsoft Bot Framework as per project requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts to define conversational flows for digital customer journeys on messaging channels.
- Integrate bots with REST APIs, enterprise platforms, and third-party services to enable end-to-end automation and data handling.
- Continuously optimize bot performance through training, fine-tuning intents, and improving natural language understanding.
- Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of chatbots to ensure high reliability, accuracy, and user satisfaction across platforms.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to enhance user experience with dynamic rich cards and hyper-personalized content delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security policies, and data privacy standards while developing chatbot features.
- Provide technical support, documentation, and training to users and stakeholders to facilitate smooth adoption of chatbot solutions.
