Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer to join our team in Chennai on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and a strong background in developing chatbots using leading frameworks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design and implement intelligent conversational solutions for global clients across diverse industries.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in building chatbots, demonstrating successful implementation of end-to-end solutions for enterprise clients (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in Dialogflow for developing conversational interfaces and integrating with messaging platforms (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise using Microsoft Bot Framework to design, develop, and deploy scalable chatbot applications (Mandatory skill).
- Hands-on experience with Conversational AI, focusing on creating engaging and natural user experiences using AI-driven conversations.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing concepts and their practical application for effective user intent recognition and response generation.
- Proven experience building and consuming REST APIs for integrating chatbots with backend systems and external data sources.
- Comprehensive end-to-end chatbot building experience, from requirements gathering to deployment and continuous improvement for real-world use cases.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while prioritizing tasks and delivering projects within deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy robust chatbot solutions on messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram for Twixor's clients.
- Design conversational flows utilizing Dialogflow and Microsoft Bot Framework to deliver superior customer engagement and automate business processes.
- Integrate Natural Language Processing techniques to understand user intents, manage context, and drive personalized interactions.
- Create and maintain REST API integrations for seamless data exchange between chatbots and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, plan features, and ensure chatbot solutions align with client needs and industry standards.
- Monitor chatbot performance, analyze user interactions, and implement iterative improvements to optimize engagement and efficiency.
- Document chatbot designs, workflows, and technical specifications to support scalability and maintainability.
- Stay current with emerging trends in Conversational AI and proactively contribute innovative ideas to enhance Twixor’s digital journey solutions.
