Job Overview

As a Junior Chatbot Developer at Twixor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining advanced AI-powered chatbot solutions for clients across industries. This full-time position is based in Chennai and requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Dialogflow (Mandatory skill), demonstrating hands-on experience in designing, training, and deploying conversational AI bots using this platform.
• Practical expertise in Bot Frameworks (Mandatory skill), showcasing the development and customization of bot flows across different channels.
• Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework (Mandatory skill), with the ability to design, implement, and deploy scalable bots using this technology.
• Previous background as a Bot Developer, with exposure to integrating bots in diverse business use cases and delivering robust automation solutions.
• Prior work as a Chatbot Developer, focusing on building conversational interfaces tailored to customer journeys and enhancing digital user engagement.
• Strong understanding and practical application of REST APIs to facilitate data exchange between chatbots and backend services.
• Ability to debug, test, and optimize chatbot functionalities to ensure seamless conversation flows and high-quality customer experiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver business value through chatbot innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain chatbots using Dialogflow, Bot Frameworks, and Microsoft Bot Framework for Twixor's enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to implement dynamic and interactive conversational journeys.
• Integrate chatbots with third-party systems using REST APIs to enable seamless business transaction processing.
• Enhance bot capabilities by incorporating advanced natural language processing features and supporting human-agent transfers where required.
• Test and troubleshoot bots to ensure high performance, accuracy, and reliability across messaging channels like WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
• Document chatbot architectures, flows, and implementations to maintain clear project records and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvements in chatbot development practices and process automation.
• Proactively monitor bot usage and analytics, suggesting and implementing enhancements to optimize customer engagement and business outcomes.
