Job Overview
Twixor is looking for a Junior Chatbot Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. As a Chatbot Developer, you will design and implement conversational flows and leverage advanced frameworks to enhance customer interactions. Your role will be crucial in integrating intelligent solutions that elevate our clients' customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Dialogflow (Mandatory skill) for building conversational interfaces across various messaging platforms.
- Expertise in designing conversational flows (Mandatory skill) to ensure seamless and intuitive user interactions.
- Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework (Mandatory skill) to develop advanced chatbot functionalities.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques to interpret and respond to user inputs effectively.
- Practical knowledge in API integration to extend the capabilities of chatbot applications for enhanced performance.
- Demonstrated experience as a Chatbot Developer, focusing on creating robust and scalable chatbot solutions.
- Ability to develop and maintain chatbot applications with a focus on user experience and operational reliability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to improve chatbot responses and adaptability.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop conversational flows that provide engaging and intuitive user experiences across multiple channels.
- Implement chatbots using platforms like Dialogflow and Microsoft Bot Framework to meet client requirements and goals.
- Integrate chatbots with various APIs to enhance functionality and achieve seamless operations within existing systems.
- Ensure the chatbot solutions are scalable and optimize system performance for high responsiveness and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand client needs to tailor effective chatbot solutions.
- Continuously analyze user interactions to refine and improve chatbot interfaces and response accuracy.
- Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements related to chatbot and AI technologies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing chatbot applications to ensure operational continuity.
