Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chatbot Developer to join our team at Twixor. As a Chatbot Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing chatbot solutions that enhance customer engagement and automate business processes. This role requires a strong understanding of messaging channels, AI, natural language processing (NLP), and customer journeys.

Skills

• 2 to 6 years of experience in chatbot development
• Strong programming skills in languages like JavaScript
• Experience with chatbot development frameworks and tools such as Dialogflow, IBM Watson Assistant, or Microsoft Bot Framework
• Knowledge of AI and NLP technologies
• Familiarity with messaging channels like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop chatbots using AI and NLP technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into chatbot solutions
• Create conversational flows and menus for different messaging channels
• Integrate chatbots with backend systems and APIs
• Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and sentiment analysis
• Optimize chatbot performance and troubleshoot issues
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in chatbot development
