Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chatbot Developer to join our team at Twixor. As a Chatbot Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing chatbot solutions that enhance customer engagement and automate business processes. This role requires a strong understanding of messaging channels, AI, natural language processing (NLP), and customer journeys.
Skills
- 2 to 6 years of experience in chatbot development
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, JavaScript
- Experience with chatbot development frameworks and tools such as Dialogflow, IBM Watson Assistant, or Microsoft Bot Framework
- Knowledge of AI and NLP technologies
- Familiarity with messaging channels like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop chatbots using AI and NLP technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into chatbot solutions
- Create conversational flows and menus for different messaging channels
- Integrate chatbots with backend systems and APIs
- Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and sentiment analysis
- Optimize chatbot performance and troubleshoot issues
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in chatbot development
