Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Chatbot Developer to join our team at Twixor. As a Chatbot Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining chatbot applications that enhance customer engagement and automate business processes. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and we are looking for candidates with 4 to 6 years of experience in chatbot development.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in chatbot development
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
  • Familiarity with chatbot development frameworks and platforms
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and AI technologies
  • Knowledge of backend technologies and API integration
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Designing and developing chatbot applications using industry standard technologies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
  • Implementing natural language processing (NLP) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to enhance chatbot capabilities
