We are looking for a skilled Chatbot Developer to join our team at Twixor. As a Chatbot Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing chatbot solutions to enhance customer engagements on social and messaging channels preferred by our customers. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time role.


Qualifications and Skills



  • 4 to 6 years of experience in chatbot development
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms
  • Familiarity with messaging APIs and platforms
  • Knowledge of chatbot development frameworks and libraries
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Designing and developing chatbot solutions for various messaging channels like WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Telegram, etc.
  • Customizing and configuring chatbot functionalities to meet specific business requirements
  • Integrating chatbot solutions with existing systems and applications
  • Testing and debugging chatbot applications to ensure smooth functionality
  • Monitoring and analyzing chatbot performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
  • Keeping up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the chatbot development space
