Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Chatbot Developer to join our team at Twixor. As a Chatbot Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing chatbot solutions to enhance customer engagements on messaging channels. This is a full-time position in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with a mid-level experience requirement of 2 to 6 years.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Chatbot Developer, with 2 to 6 years of mid-level experience
• Experience with chatbot frameworks and platforms, such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or IBM Watson
• Familiarity with AI and NLP technologies and their application in chatbot development
• Knowledge of messaging channels and their APIs, including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and solutions skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop chatbot solutions to enable structured customer engagements on messaging channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create chatbot functionalities that meet business objectives
• Implement artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) technologies to enhance chatbot capabilities
• Integrate chatbots with existing systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance
• Test and troubleshoot chatbot functionalities, identifying and resolving any issues or bugs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot development and AI technologies
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers on chatbot development best practices
