Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our Chennai office on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the BFSI sector, and should be experienced with Conversational AI platforms, BRD, and FRD. This is a pivotal role for those passionate about shaping digital transformation and driving business success.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a business analyst in the BFSI module, with strong industry knowledge to create impactful business solutions (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in preparing detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), ensuring clarity and accuracy in project deliverables (Mandatory skill).
  • Hands-on experience working with Conversational AI platforms or chatbots, demonstrating ability to design and optimize automated customer engagement solutions (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in gathering and analyzing requirements from diverse stakeholders to convert business needs into actionable insights.
  • Skilled in developing comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria that guide development teams and align with business objectives.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, facilitating clear communication, expectation setting, and relationship building with internal and external partners.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies, enabling effective participation in iterative development cycles and adaptive planning.
  • Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability between various business systems and platforms.
  • Solid experience executing and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet user expectations and are ready for deployment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, validate, and document business and functional requirements for BFSI and Conversational AI initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality BRD and FRD documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable user stories and system specifications to drive agile development processes.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA, and UX teams to ensure requirements are understood, prioritized, and implemented accurately.
  • Engage with stakeholders at various levels to conduct workshops, gather feedback, and ensure expectations are managed and met throughout all project phases.
  • Coordinate and lead end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT), supporting stakeholders through the validation process and resolving any identified issues promptly.
  • Leverage understanding of RESTful APIs to specify data and workflow integrations between business systems and external platforms.
  • Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and knowledge sharing in line with Twixor's commitment to digital transformation excellence.
