Job Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Chennai on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have up to 6 years of relevant experience and a strong background in the BFSI sector. You will play a pivotal role in gathering requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital customer engagement solutions leveraging conversational AI platforms.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering to effectively capture and document clear business needs and technical specifications from stakeholders. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst specifically within BFSI modules, understanding complex regulatory and operational requirements. (Mandatory skill)
  • Significant experience in preparing, managing, and reviewing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for digital and automation projects. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong process mapping skills, involving the ability to visualize, analyze, and document end-to-end business processes for optimization and automation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities to facilitate communication, prioritize business needs, and resolve conflicts among cross-functional departments.
  • Good understanding and practical experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies, ensuring iterative delivery and effective project tracking.
  • Direct experience with conversational AI platforms or chatbots, contributing to the design and delivery of automated customer engagement solutions.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, including understanding their integration, documentation, and alignment with business process requirements.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Draft comprehensive Business Requirement Documents and functional specifications for digital process automation and customer engagement solutions.
  • Analyze and map existing business processes, identifying areas for automation, improvement, and optimization using Twixor’s low-code platforms.
  • Participate as a key contributor in Agile/Scrum teams, collaborating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to drive project progress.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, facilitate requirement workshops, and provide clear updates and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the integration of REST APIs in customer journey solutions, ensuring strong data flows across messaging channels and backend systems.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validate solutions against requirements, and ensure timely resolution of defects and gaps.
