Job Overview

This is a full-time, mid-level Business Analyst position located in Chennai. The role is designed for professionals with up to 6 years of experience who are passionate about digital transformation within industries like banking, insurance, retail, and more. As a core team member, you will drive business analysis, stakeholder communication, and digital process initiatives across various enterprise projects at Twixor.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Requirements Gathering (Mandatory skill): Proven track record of collecting and analyzing detailed business requirements from diverse stakeholders for effective solution design.
  • Business Analyst in BFSI Module (Mandatory skill): Strong background in handling business analysis relating to Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance modules to optimize enterprise processes.
  • BDR (Business Requirement Document) (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to prepare comprehensive business requirement documents to translate business objectives into actionable deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Management: Expert at engaging, managing, and facilitating communication among cross-functional teams and business stakeholders for project alignment and success.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies: Experienced working in Agile or Scrum environments, supporting iterative project execution and continuous improvement cycles.
  • REST APIs: Understanding of RESTful interfaces and ability to translate API requirements for technology teams, aiding seamless integration in projects.
  • Experience in Conversational AI Platforms (Chatbots): Familiar with chatbot technologies and platforms, capable of bridging business objectives with technical implementations in AI-driven projects.
  • Project Coordination: Proficient in coordinating multiple projects, tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and supporting the project team to achieve targets.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with business stakeholders to identify and gather detailed business and system requirements for Twixor’s digital transformation projects.
  • Analyze and document complex business processes, workflows, user journeys, and prepare high-quality business requirement documents.
  • Work closely with technology teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into effective digital solutions leveraging REST APIs and conversational AI platforms.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in BFSI module analysis, supporting industry-specific requirements and compliance needs for banking and financial clients.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure requirements are well-articulated, prioritized, and tracked effectively throughout the sprint cycles.
  • Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and provide regular status updates to internal teams and key external stakeholders.
  • Monitor the implementation and integration phases by addressing gaps and clarifying ambiguities to deliver customer-centric features.
  • Foster collaborative relationships across delivery, QA, and client-facing teams to ensure project deliverables match expectations and timelines.
