Job Overview

As an AI Developer at Twixor, you will play a crucial role in crafting intelligent, conversational solutions for clients across dynamic industries. This is a full-time, junior-level role based in Chennai, suitable for candidates with up to 4 years of experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy advanced AI, LLM, and RAG-powered processes that enhance customer engagement via innovative chat and voice bot systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience, up to a maximum of 3 years, in AI development or similar technical roles involving NLP or automation tasks
• Hands-on proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) (Mandatory skill) with proven ability to deploy in enterprise solutions
• Strong background working with Large Language Models (LLM) (Mandatory skill) for building scalable conversational AI applications
• Extensive experience in Python (Mandatory skill) for AI-focused programming, automation, and prototyping solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, deploying, and maintaining chatbots for enhanced customer engagement across channels
• Familiarity with NumPy for numerical and data manipulation supporting machine learning workflows
• Practical exposure to building and integrating both voice bot and text bot solutions, ensuring seamless user interaction
• Work experience with Dialogflow for designing and managing conversational flow logic, dialogues, and integrations
• Ability to design, consume, and troubleshoot RESTful APIs for communication between AI modules and backend enterprise systems

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain intelligent chatbot text and voice bot solutions powered by advanced LLM and RAG frameworks
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into efficient AI solutions
• Integrate conversational AI modules with popular messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Telegram, and others
• Apply strong Python programming skills for algorithm development, model integration, and automation of AI-powered workflows
• Utilize Dialogflow and similar frameworks to build, test, and optimize conversational flows for customer journeys
• Leverage NumPy for effective data transformation, manipulation, and preparation of AI model input
• Implement and manage RESTful APIs for interoperability between AI components and other enterprise systems
• Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance AI-driven automation to maintain high performance and align with evolving business needs
