The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.
Role, responsibilities & skill-sets : The role entails managing our platform implementations and managing customer expectation across industry verticals. The hired person is expected to identify customer requirements, collect specifications, estimate project effort, manage customer expectation, manage project build & delivery and support customer post go live. The responsibilities within the role and thus the areas of expertise/experience include
Strategic Activities
- Plan and project resource requirements.
- Plan team training calendar.
- Keep team members motivated.
- Keep constant touch with customers and farm new requirements post initial sales.
- Manage all project documentation
- Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
- Assist with estimation and bidding process
- Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders
Day-to-Day Activities
- Constantly be in touch with sales and pre-sales teams, be on top of sales funnel and plan in ahead for incoming project
- Gather customer requirement and share project estimates with sales & Pre-sales team
- Post securing the order, takeover all customer interaction from point of view of meeting all intended sales commitments and objective.
- Project estimation, project execution. project delivery, post go live support.
