Job Description:
As a Presales Manager The role entails managing all platform-related pre-sales activities. The hired person is expected to present product deck, demonstrate product capabilities, conduct workshops for potential customers, own and deliver POC projects, handle, be the conduit between sales and engineering teams, provide market feedback to product management & contribute to the product roadmap. The responsibilities within the role and thus the areas of expertise/experience include. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in SAAS, with working experience on converting whitespaces into industry specific solutions that drives AI driven conversational platform adoption.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead customer product demos
· Answering customers’ RFP’s and RFI’s for our local and global sales teams.
· Manage product POC build-out and delivery
· Conduct product training to on-boarded customers and partners
· Partner network engagement and support
· Define product strategy, and planning execution.
· Own product support in the pre-sales stage
· Present and consult on product capabilities to customers
· Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers’ demands.
· Own end customer product positioning & solutioning at the pre-sales stage
· Own tender and customer requirement response and submission
· Building relationships with internal and external.

Requirements:
· Plan and set up pre-defined demos for customers
· Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and/or digital products is a plus as well as experience in large transformation programs
· 2+ years of Experience as s Presale/Sales Engineer.
· 2+ years overall IT/development Background.
· Should have at-least 2years of experience.
· Prepare maintain vertical-wise product demos
· Should have experience in tech-savvy with BFSI domain knowledge (preferable).
· You have prior experience within presales
· You possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills
· You have strong presentation skills
· Answering customers’ RFP’s and RFI’s for our local and global sales teams
· You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple clients.
· Keeping abreast of market trends and products & competitor landscapes
· Work cross-functionally in collaboration with different departments, including Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Support, and Marketing to address issues, questions, and requests
· Desire to innovate
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and orally
· Nice to Have: Experience working with product-based companies for international customers
· Nice to Have: Prior experience working with growth stage companies
· Location: Bangalore or Chennai, India
· Notice Period: 30 days or Immediate
