The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

• Should have completed Graduation in any discipline.

• Should have knowledge in writing FRD, BRD, Use Case diagrams, and Flow charts.

• Should have good communication skills and be able to explain the workflow to the developers and other project members

• Must have exposure to social networking, e-commerce, service booking, and location-based application on the web and mobile.

• Should be able to convince clients about the new features which is out of scope.

• Should be good at handling MS EXCEL, MS WORD, and LIBRE OFFICE

• Having knowledge of SQL and Java/dotnet/PHP or any backend programming language will be a plus point.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
