Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design Intern / Trainee to join our team at Turquoic. As an intern/trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This position is ideal for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience who is passionate about graphic design and eager to gain real-world experience. The job location is Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, and the employment type is Internship, Remote, Full-Time.

Skills you will develop

• Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary revisions.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visually appealing designs for print and digital platforms, including social media graphics, website banners, infographics, and marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with the company's brand image and target audience.
• Support in maintaining and updating the company's website and other digital assets.
• Assist in the creation and editing of videos and animations.
• Ensure all designs and assets adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to overall marketing and branding strategies.
• Complete assigned tasks within given timelines and assist in meeting project deadlines.
