And even though commercial EVs exist, adoption has been slow. Job Summary: Responsibilities:We are looking for an experienced SEO person to join our growing team and provide high-quality search engine optimization solutions. This position will work directly with our operations, and growth marketing teams to improve the search engine optimization and overall performance of the website.<ul><li>Develop, execute and deliver SEO strategies that support website roadmap for improvements in content, on-page, technical, crawlability, and UX.</li><li>Help drive content marketing strategy to increase rankings, visibility and natural search results for existing and new pages.</li><li>Help drive youtube SEO for Turno social visibility and marry it into content SEO.</li><li>Establish a test-and-learn environment across all core pages of the website to drive better on-page conversion.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, ranking analysis, and monitoring competitor sites to inform strategy.</li><li>Perform continuous auditing, and identify and recommend areas for improvement within site structure, page templates, and redirects.</li><li>Develop SEO-centered ways to acquire backlinks.</li><li>Introduce and create SEO A/B testing to understand the effectiveness of optimization and quantify results.</li><li>Serve as subject matter expert for all things SEO, educate and inform throughout the organization.</li></ul> The Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>5/6+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), ideally in a product company or in an SEO Agency.</li><li>Managed 0-1 growth of websites and SEO projects.</li><li>Deep understanding of technical aspects of content discovery, crawling, rendering, and ranking.</li><li>Good understanding of youtube SEO.</li><li>An understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO best practices.</li><li>Self-starter who can develop, lead, prioritize and execute SEO strategies.</li><li>Solid understanding of web analytics, algorithm changes, and the nuances of links within the SEO ecosystem.</li><li>Deep understanding and experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.</li></ul> Bonus Points:<ul><li>Familiarity with tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Botify/DeepCrawl, OnCrawl, SERPmetrics, etc. Experience with SEO A/B testing Scrum or other agile experience.</li><li>Understand the nuances of AI tools which help in making SEO better.</li></ul> Skills:<ul><li>Someone who has worked in an SEO agency or in a product company as an in-house SEO, where he/she was responsible for planning and implementing the SEO strategy for NEW websites.</li><li>Someone who mastered the art of SEO research.</li><li>Expert in SEO Analytics.</li></ul>
