TTEC Digital is looking for an enthusiastic Developer to join our rapidly expanding Multi-Channel Solutions team. As a Senior Systems Software Developer, you will have hands-on exposure to a wide range of technologies and will be responsible for providing technical solutions to meet the various needs of our clients. You will enjoy involvement in the full lifecycle of an implementation project while interacting closely with the client to meet specific needs throughout the process. You will work as part of a team of professionals that play a key role in implementing solutions and delivering results.


Responsibilities:

- Lead Voice and AI Self-Service solutions for large, multi-location contact centers

- Design, develop, and implement call steering and voice and messaging self-service applications using AI cloud services development environments

- Define requirements and business specifications to drive technical design

- Collaborate with project team members to provide input to design specifications

- Integrate into backend systems using web services, databases, and reporting

- Perform Unit Testing of developed code

- Assist with System and Functional Testing


Required Skills/Experience:  

- 4+ Years of Industry Experience working with Contact Center Technology

- 2+ Years of Technical Experience with IVA and Speech to Text service providers

- 1 to 2 years of Cisco CVP/WebexCCE/CC/UJet design and architecture experience

- Experience in managing large multi-site contact center implementations

- Experience managing development teams working with IVA & Speech applications

- Familiar with call flow from IVR to CTI for call routing and screen pop

- Experience in writing technical design specifications for IVA and Speech applications

- Experience in developing call flows for complex applications

- Candidate must have a 4-year bachelor's degree in a computer-related degree

- Must be able to work independently, be organized, self-motivated, and have attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experience with and/or related coursework

- Chat and voice AI service technologies

- Natural Language Processing solution design and development

- Natural Language Understanding design, development, and testing

- Java, JavaScript, .NET, C#, HTML, SQL, Python, etc.
