Essential Functions:

  • Design, develop, and implement Contact Center IVR applications and migrate existing on-premise contact center applications or Pure Connect system to the Genesys Cloud platform
  • Genesys Pure Cloud call flow creation in architect, configuring queues, schedules, schedule groups, profiles and phone numbers, reporting
  • Configuring new flows in both voice and email channels
  • Experience in API integrations in Genesys Cloud
  • Genesys Cloud Scripting
  • Genesys Cloud Outbound Dialers
  • Experience in troubleshooting the call flows
  • Good Knowledge of Contact Center Terminology


  • Must possess strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyze, interpret, and solve both practical as well as highly complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) both internal and client facing required
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a highly demanding, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive in, be effective, and make a difference
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
