We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in tech sales to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. If you are passionate about the tech industry and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
- Develop a deep understanding of IT products and services.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Qualify prospects by understanding client needs and budgets.
- Consistently exceed expectations with respect to given targets to ensure revenue objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tech sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the tech industry and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
