We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning and executing successful B2B events, from corporate conferences and networking events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute B2B events, ensuring all elements align with the client's objectives and company standards.
• Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and expectations for each event.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, caterers, decorators, and other service providers to ensure seamless event execution.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective service provision without compromising on quality.
• Logistics Management: Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage event staff, delegating tasks and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and measure event success, providing insights for future improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management, with a focus on B2B events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
