Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research and outbound calls.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our IT products and services.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding client needs and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Consistently exceed expectations with respect to given targets to ensure revenue objectives are met.

 

Qualifications:


  • Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate in any field. A marketing, science, or technology background will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client’s requirements, especially in the IT/Tech domain.
  • Excellent cold-calling skills, including the ability to hold clients’ attention by making powerful and impactful pitches, presentations, follow-up calls, and objection handling.
  • Target-oriented, problem-solving, energetic, and with a go-getter attitude.
  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible sales development.
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment.
  • Technical knowledge and CRM understanding will be preferred.
