Role Overview:

The Product Manager for a Forex Broker Website and Client Portal App is responsible for building and enhancing a seamless, secure, and efficient digital experience for forex traders. This role focuses on managing end-to-end development and optimization of the broker’s website and client portal, ensuring that they cater to the diverse needs of traders, including account management, fund transfers, analytics, and real-time trading. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of the forex market with technical expertise and user-first thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and execute the roadmap for the forex broker website and client portal app, aligning with the company’s business goals and user needs.
• Identify new opportunities and trends in the forex market to introduce innovative features for traders.

2. Client Portal Development

• Develop and manage features like user onboarding, KYC/AML compliance workflows, account funding/withdrawals, and real-time transaction history.
• Oversee integrations with trading platforms MetaTrader and APIs for market data, order execution, and payment gateways.
• Ensure a responsive and intuitive mobile experience for the client portal.

3. Website Optimization

• Collaborate with marketing to create an engaging, conversion-optimized broker website that drives user registrations.
• Optimize website performance, SEO, and content for better visibility and user acquisition.
• Focus on real-time updates for market news, price feeds, and promotions.

4. Compliance and Security

• Partner with compliance teams to ensure adherence to global forex regulations, including GDPR ,Cysec and FSA guidelines.
• Work with development teams to implement robust security protocols for user data, fund protection, and transaction integrity.

5. Analytics and Insights

• Define KPIs to track website and portal performance, such as user registrations, trading activity, and fund transfers.
• Use analytics tools to monitor user behavior, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Introduce features like personalized dashboards, advanced charting tools, and trader insights.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, compliance, IT, and customer support, to ensure alignment on product goals.
• Engage with traders through surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to refine features and prioritize updates.

7. Product Execution and Delivery

• Manage product development using Agile or Scrum methodologies, maintaining a balance between user needs and technical feasibility.
• Deliver high-quality, bug-free products on time, ensuring smooth releases and minimal downtime.

Key Skills Required:

1. Forex and Financial Market Expertise

• Deep understanding of forex trading principles, broker operations, and the needs of both retail and institutional traders.
• Familiarity with trading tools, charting software, and platforms like MetaTrader (MT4/MT5)

2. Technical Acumen

• Experience with APIs for trading platforms, market data, payment systems, and authentication services.
• Familiarity with security standards for financial platforms, such as two-factor authentication and data encryption.

3. UX/UI and Customer Experience

• Proven experience in designing or managing intuitive user interfaces for client portals.
• Focus on user-centric design to enhance trader engagement and satisfaction.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making

• Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics , or Tableau to monitor product performance and optimize workflows.
• Ability to interpret user behavior and market trends to inform product decisions.

5. Project and Team Management

• Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
