Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Campaign Specialist with expertise in the Forex trading industry to develop, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing multi-channel campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert high-quality leads. You should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising, funnel optimization, and performance tracking to maximize lead conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns targeting Forex traders, investors, and potential clients.
• Strategize and manage multi-channel campaigns, including paid ads on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and programmatic advertising platforms.
• Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve lead quality and engagement.
• Optimize paid campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other performance marketing tools.
• Work closely with content, design, and development teams to create high-converting landing pages and marketing materials.
• Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track, score, and nurture leads through the funnel.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other reporting tools to provide insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) in all marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on Forex market trends and audience behavior to refine targeting strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation and campaign management, preferably in the Forex trading or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of paid media strategies, including PPC, social media ads, and display advertising.
• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
• Familiarity with forex trading terminologies, market analysis, and trader psychology.
• Proficiency in A/B testing, retargeting strategies, and funnel optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
• Experience with SEO, landing page optimization, and lead scoring techniques.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations related to financial marketing (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and tracking pixels.
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and predictive analytics.
• Ability to write compelling ad copy and landing page content.
