Telesales Specialist (Sales, Outbound/Cold Calling)


Ideal Candidate Requirements –

  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Sales – Outbound/Cold calling or Collections (Target based).
  • Applicants should have Excellent English & Hindi Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
  • Applicants should be confident with Excellent Sales/Convincing Skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation skills, organization & time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and basic computer application.
  • Applicants should be open to work in a target based process.


Job Description –

  • Initiate cold calls to prospective clients and convince them to purchase company product or take service.
  • Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of the company's products or services to potential customers.
  • Regularly contact potential customers to nurture leads, provide additional information, and maintain engagement.
  • Managing individual performance such as meeting minimum number of daily calls made, leads generated, daily/weekly/monthly sales target or revenue target.
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of calls while meeting daily sales targets.


Salary – From ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 Per Month In-Hand (Depending on Last Drawn Salary, Experience, Qualification & Interview salary will be negotiable) + Excellent Incentive Earning Ability. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate with appropriate experience**


**Salary finalization is subject to successful verification of previously drawn salary.


**Employment confirmation is subject to successful verification of previous employment.


Shift Timing -

9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday- Work from Office only).

9:00am to 3:30pm (Saturday)

Sunday fixed off.


Candidate Requirement - Immediate Joiners only (Preferably Female), residing either in Navi-Mumbai, Thane, Chembur to Kurla.
