Telesales Associate (Domestic Calling / Day Shift) -

Ideal Candidate Requirements –

• HSC or Graduate with Minimum 1 years experience in Sales or Debt Recovery can apply (Customer Service Experience not accepted).
• HSC or Graduate Freshers can apply, provided they are confident and possess strong sales skills & convincing skills.
• Applicants should have Excellent English & Hindi Communication Skills (Verbal).
• Applicants should be confident with Excellent Sales/Convincing Skills.
• Knowledge of Indian Stock Market will be added advantage.

Job Description –

• Generating leads through cold calling or working on leads generated through paid ads.
• Leads need to be converted to sales (Customer needs to purchase package).
• Timely follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfactions is maintained.
• PURE SALES - This is pure sales (outbound voice) process hence applicants should be able to work well under pressure.
• Meeting Company defined targets (Weekly & Monthly), sales & revenue targets.

Salary is negotiable for the right candidate with appropriate experience**

Salary – From ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 Per Month In-Hand (Depending on Last Drawn Salary, Experience, Qualification & Interview salary will be negotiable) + Excellent Incentive Earning Ability (Upto 1 Lakh Rupees monthly)

Shift Timing -

9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Saturday - Work from Office only)**

Sunday - Fixed Off

** Since this is an outbound sales (target based) process shift extension will be dependent on target achieved.
