Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive with a solid background in accounting, GST, and financial management. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting software, Excel, and GST compliance, along with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records, including journal entries, ledgers, and other financial documentation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Handle GST filings, returns, and compliance-related tasks.
• Reconcile accounts, process invoices, and track payments.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to accounting principles and internal controls.
• Manage payroll processing and related accounting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Intern.
• Experience:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of GST compliance and returns.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
