Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 48 (Work from Office)
Work Days: 6 Days a Week
Experience Required: 2-4 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team at Truliyo Digital. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and other core HR functions, including HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.
This role requires a well-rounded HR professional who can effectively manage end-to-end recruitment while ensuring smooth HR processes and policies within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
>Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms to attract and hire top talent.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Handle offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, and exit formalities.
- Assist in payroll processing, salary structures, and maintaining leave and attendance management systems.
Employee Engagement & HR Policies
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure prompt resolution of HR-related concerns.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback sessions.
- Assist in training and development programs for employee growth.
General HR Support
- Work closely with senior management to improve HR strategies and workplace policies.
- Assist in HR analytics and prepare reports on HR metrics like turnover, hiring effectiveness, and engagement levels.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ 2-4 years of experience in HR with a focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
✅ Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, payroll.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to multitask and manage HR operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
✔ Experience in HR automation tools or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
