Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visual concepts that communicate our brand identity, marketing materials, digital assets, and more. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to bring ideas to life and ensure that our marketing initiatives stand out in the competitive real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create designs for brochures, social media posts, ads, websites, and other marketing materials. ● Make sure all designs match the company’s brand and style.

● Work with the marketing and sales teams to understand design needs and goals.

● Create content for emails, social media, and online ads to help promote the brand.

● Prepare designs for both online and print formats, making sure they look great in all types.

● Join team brainstorming sessions to come up with creative ideas for marketing campaigns.

● Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools in the real estate market.

Qualifications:

● At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or any Industry.

● Proficient in design softwares like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and others.

● Have a strong portfolio showing your design work, including digital and print materials.

● Ability to come up with fresh, creative ideas for designs.

● Pay close attention to detail and make sure designs are accurate.

● Strong communication skills to explain and present design ideas clearly.

● Good at managing time and handling multiple projects at once to meet deadlines.
