Role Specifics : 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic and sales from affiliate partners
• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners that are relevant to our brand and target audience
• Create and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, including creating banners and other marketing materials, tracking and analyzing results, and optimizing for performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs and goals.
• Monitor and track the performance of our affiliate marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, and use the data to adjust our strategy and improve our results
• Collaborate with other teams such as content, design, and development to ensure that our affiliate marketing strategy is integrated and aligned with our overall goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the affiliate marketing space

Skills Required :

• At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of driving traffic and sales from affiliate partners
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing best practices and techniques, including recruitment, relationship management, and campaign optimization
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Facebook.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest affiliate marketing trends and developments, and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
