Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Truevisory Reality PVT LTD. The position is open to freshers and is a full-time role based in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities and a passion for sales, particularly in the real estate industry. Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess a strong background in business development strategy with a focus on driving growth in competitive markets (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent negotiation techniques are required to close deals efficiently and effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated team leadership skills with an ability to inspire and motivate a sales team (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in Salesforce for managing sales processes and improving customer relations.
- Experience with HubSpot to enhance lead management and sales automation efforts.
- Skilled in using CRM software to track and analyze sales data and customer interactions.
- Proven experience in lead generation to identify and pursue potential clients proactively.
- Familiarity with B2B sales strategies and the ability to build long-term business partnerships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and drive revenue growth in the real estate sector.
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and prospecting activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly for optimal outcomes.
