We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team. This role requires a self-motivated individual with exceptional sales acumen and a passion for real estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies.

·        Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends and property values.

·        Guide clients through the property buying or selling process, including showing properties, negotiating offers, and finalizing contracts.

·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

·        Coordinate property listings, including taking professional photos, writing descriptions, and promoting listings online and offline.

·        Stay informed about the local real estate market, zoning laws, and financing options.

Qualifications:

·        Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Experience:

·        total work: 1 year (Preferred)

·        Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)
