Job Overview

The Civil Project Manager at True North Projects & Engineers will be based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and will engage in full-time senior-level employment. This role requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in civil project management, focusing on major construction projects. The ideal candidate will excel in executing high-rise project management and finishing work, ensuring that all projects meet rigorous standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill) for designing, drafting, and detailing civil engineering projects.
• Proven experience managing the finishing works of complex construction projects (Mandatory skill).
• Extensive experience in high-rise project management (Mandatory skill), showcasing the ability to oversee multi-story building projects from inception to completion.
• Strong foundation in civil project management, coordinating tasks and teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality expectations.
• In-depth knowledge of RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) construction methods and materials.
• Experience in masonry works, understanding the intricacies and techniques required for high-quality construction outcomes.
• Educational background in Civil Engineering, providing a robust base for managing engineering and construction challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
