Position: UX Designer
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UX solutions
- Translate complex problems into simple, user-centric experiences
- Iterate based on feedback, data, and testing
- Contribute to and maintain our design system and UX best practices
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and consistency across the product
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Portfolio showcasing UX case studies and design thinking process
Nice to Have
- Experience with UI design or front-end development
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working in agile or lean product teams
- Passion for US healthcare
