Job Description

We are looking for Technical Assistant to execute complete Assembly of Electronic enclosures. Should have hands on experience in Mechanical assembly and integration of electronic Subassembly.

Assist in EMI/EMC testing of Enclosure. Execute assembly independently with help of drawing and written instruction. Should have basic understanding of fasteners and installation tools.

Role & Responsibilities

- Perform assembly of mechanical parts and electronic sub assembly such as PCB boards, Connectors and fasteners.

- Ability to read and understand mechanical assembly documents such as BOMs, Assembly drawings and instruction and quality process documents.

- Knowledge of Electronics Components.

- Knowledge of wiring harness including placement of connectors.

- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in workplace.

- Ability to carry out detailed written and oral instruction.

- Good analytical and problem solving skills.

- Ability to work alone without supervision.

Required Skill

The candidate should demonstrate understanding of written assembly instruction, BOM and proficiently execution of tasks assigned. General computer skills, Proficient skills in using assembly tools such as screw drivers, wrenches/torque wrenches etc., Should be proficient in Material handling.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Mechatronics

1 to 2 years
